All shipments in Denmark are delivered by GLS.

5. WHEN WILL THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM THE CUSTOMER´S CARD?
When you buy a product at www.eteliving.com, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the order will not be accepted until we have double-checked that the desired product is in stock.
After this you will receive a final order on the shipment confirmation.This raises the money at the customer when the item is shipped.
6. HOW IS THE GOODS SHIPPED?
Products purchased on www.eteliving.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return an item, tell us within 7 days of receiving the item and send an e-mail with the text "RETURN" and your order number to email@example.com and explain why.
The right of withdrawal is canceled if you use the product in a way that clearly reduces the sales value. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they received the item. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and must therefore cover the return costs if the item is damaged. If the item is damaged or lost during shipment, you can be held liable. In this case, it is your own responsibility to document the return. Once the item has been received in good condition with us, your sum of money will be refunded to the buyer's account. Remember to write your order number as well as reg and account on a note in the package.
Shipping costs in connection with the return of goods are always borne by you as the buyer. If you wish to exchange for another item, the new order / item will be sent to you free of charge. However, this does not apply to the exchange of sale items.

For rejected or non-collected packages, a fee of 79, - is charged.
Note: We do NOT accept packages sent by post. COD or packages shipped without delivery.
The goods are insured during transit and we ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and / or the contents are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt so that we can recover the cost of the item.
In the event of damaged goods / complaints: Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - you will then receive a link to create a complaint.
ETÉ LIVING is responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment. We will please replace the item or return cost for the item if it is no longer in stock. When we hear from you, we try to track your package. If it is not tracked within 14 days, we will send a new package at no cost.
We hope that everyone is satisfied - if not, please contact our customer service and send us an email email@example.com. We will respond as soon as possible within 24 hours. ETÈ LIVING acts in accordance with the guidelines and laws laid down in the Danish Consumer Agency. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules of the Act on the Sale of Goods. You therefore also have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
